trans Canadian bicycle trip

Is there any publication that would suggest specific cycling routes for a trip from Haines Alaska to Quebec City
The Milepost book is often used
Hi - The most commonly used information source for the far north (Haines to Edmonton, for example) is the Milepost http://www.themilepost.com/, a big fat book full of information for every highway. It's updated every year, so as far as road conditions and services, it's by far the best you're going to get. It's from an RVer's perspective, of course, not a cyclist's perspective. When we rode in the region we tore out the pieces that covered the areas that we were going to and took those.
You don't have a lot of choices until you get to the Canadian Rockies. Just whether to go the Alaska Highway or to go on the Cassiar Highway to the Yellowhead.
The Haines highway (Haines to Haines Junction) is absolutely delightful. Light traffic, incredible scenery. Great quality road. Campgrounds. (Lots of bears, but they caused us no trouble!) The Alaska Highway from Haines Junction to Watson Lake was not as interesting, but fine, and no really great traffic problems. The Cassiar was good, sometimes muddy on the unpaved sections (although they were threatening to have those complete by this time). And I'm sure you won't miss the Icefields Parkway, but everybody knows about that.
Hello from Panama City, Panama (We're *still* headed south)
